Lose it with me!

It has been five days since I started my diet program. It is actually prety easy and now I have shed some pounds off my weight. I lost 3.5 lbs. I know that does not sound so healthy and convincing, but it is what it is, right? And... I love it!

My program is started with 20 to 30 minutes treadmill every morning. Then, followed with oatmeal original breakfast plus banana and a teaspoon of sugar. Then, keep snacking on healthy food every two hours, such as oranges, strawberries, fiber one yogurt that I found really good, and  other snacks that is low in fat but high in protein and fiber. For lunch, I will bring left over from home. You will need about 300 - 400 calories to keep you going and focus at work. Just remember, you need to count on your calories. If you want fries, you may want to limit that at max to once a week. Dinner will keep you nourished for another next 8 hours when you sleep. So, make sure that you consume healthy dinner, such as lean chicken breast and vegetables. Oh yeah, don't forget eight glasses of water a day to keep you hydrated.

Being healthy feels so much lighter and happier. Excercise energizes me at work and help loose my headache that I always had previously. It is believed that when you do exercise regularly, it helps replace dead cells in your body. It also makes me tired easily at night. It helps me control my sleep patern, which is eight hour sleep every night. Deactivating my social life on the internet was a good choice. I can focus on something else that is more beneficial at the end. I found myfitnesspal website is very helpful in helping me count the calories that I consume everyday. You should try it too!

So, let's lose it with me! It is easy and is worth so much to your body.
